Horsetail Falls

Hiking in the Columbia River Gorge is splendid this time of the year. The difficult part is getting myself up early on a Saturday morning. Once your on the trail however those feelings melt away into the surroundings. I hiked the shorter Horsetail falls loop. Along the loop you'll pass the Oneonta and Horstail falls and the the narrow bridge across the Oneonta gorge lends itself to some amazing views. I'm hoping to complete the Wahkeena loop this weekend.
