The Motion of Quantities

We cannot observe something without changing it & at the subatomic level, mass & energy change into each other continuously. At the subatomic level, one can predict patterns of behavior but not an individual event. So that means a subatomic particle is a 'tendency to exist or happen.' Her is the obvious implication --- did the particle exist before we thought about it ? -- So we can certainly influence our reality and to some degree create it.

After some reading of the Copenhagen Interpretation of 1927, the answer to the question above is -- It does not really matter what quantum mechanics is about ! Only the consistency of results.

......Speaking of predictability of results , here a funny toll violation I received from the NYS toll authority in error ...
